Phyllis Preston is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Benchmark Professional Seminars. Phyllis has been in the legal field for more than 30 years, with more than 20 years as a member of the Administrate Support Staff, Victim/Witness Coordinator Team and a Victim Advocate with the District Attorney’s Office, Prosecutorial District 3B, from which she retired in 2011.
Upon her retirement she accepted a position with Spillman, Thomas, and Battle located in Morgantown West Virginia until acquiring Benchmark Professional Seminars.
Phyllis worked in both the Defense Industry and Medical Industry prior to entering the legal field. She attended the University of Louisville and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mount Olive University in Business Administration/Healthcare Management.
