Securing Reservations
Here is a listing of overnight lodging facilities suggested by host agencies in each city where our programs are to be conducted.
If you elect to utilize the suggested lodging, here are the steps you should follow to secure reservations:
1. Call the facility at the number provided and advise the clerk that you plan to attend a seminar at the law enforcement agency hosting the program. Also mention that it is a Benchmark Professional Seminar program.
2. Clearly state the date and name of the program
3. Explain to the desk clerk that you are a government employee and prepared to offer proof of same upon registering
4. Get full details of how you might cancel your reservation without a penalty payment
All prices are approximate and are subject to change without notice or where matters of availability are concerned. Be sure to always request the Government Rate which might be less than the amount noted.
