Dealing with Toxic Employees
A two-day seminar for Supervisory Personnel who are or may have to deal with “Toxic Employee(s)” or personnel who are affecting performance in the workplace. This course is ideal for those who have taken the previously offered "Moving up to Supervision" seminar. It goes beyond that program's content to explore in-depth vital aspects and topics concerned explicitly with addressing and confronting personnel who are disruptive in the workplace. |

Holly Williams is the Training Coordinator for Orange County Emergency Communications in Virginia.
Holly has been in the 9-1-1 industry for over 16 years, working through the ranks from Communications Officer to Supervisor. Holly is the current Virginia Chapter of APCO Vice President, Vice Chair of the Professional Development Committee for APCO International and holds many designations such as Certified Public-Safety Executive, Registered Public-Safety Leader, Emergency Number Professional, and Center Manager Certification Program.
Holly is also a certified Department of Criminal Justice General Instructor, teaching new general instructors and communications primary academy students several times a year. Holly has facilitated numerous conference sessions at APCO National, NENA National, and IAED Priority Dispatch conferences and taught at the Virginia State Conferences. Holly is an adjunct instructor for APCO International and an agency instructor for numerous classes with APCO.
Holly also holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership Studies at the University of Alabama! Holly is passionate about training, leading her award-winning team of communications officers to several department awards and Virginia State Awards and being named Team of the Year and Supervisor of the Year for the past two years at Orange ECC.
