A two-day seminar for Supervisory Personnel who are or may have to deal with “Toxic Employee(s)” or personnel who are affecting performance in the workplace. This course is ideal for those who have taken the previously offered "Moving up to Supervision" seminar. Dana Neitz is originally from Nelson County, Virginia, where she graduated from Blue Ridge Community College with her AAS in Criminal Justice, but has been calling Florida home for over 18 years. She is currently attending Florida Atlantic University working towards obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Administration.
Dana currently proudly serves the citizens of Boca Raton as the Evidence Custodian Supervisor for the Boca Raton Police Department, where she is working on her 17th year in Law Enforcement. Dana oversees a staff of 8 employees in the Evidence Unit. Her Unit is divided into two sections, the General Property and Evidence Unit and the Multi-Media Unit. Dana has received the distinct honor of becoming the Evidence Custodian of the Year for the Property and Evidence Association of Florida in 2009 and was awarded the Civilian of the Year for the Boca Raton Police Department in 2009.
In 2019, Dana attended the ASCLD Leadership Academy in St. Louis, Missouri, and was one of the inaugural recipients in the country to receive her certification as a Certified Forensic Manager 1 issued by the American Society of Crime Lab Directors. Dana is currently a Certified Evidence Specialist issued by the Property and Evidence Association of Florida (PEAF) and is also a Certified Property and Evidence Specialist issued by the International Association of Property and Evidence (IAPE).
