Dealing with Toxic Employees
A two-day seminar for Supervisory Personnel who are or may have to deal with “Toxic Employee(s)” or personnel who are affecting performance in the workplace. This course is ideal for those who have taken the previously offered "Moving up to Supervision" seminar. It goes beyond that program's content to explore in-depth vital aspects and topics concerned explicitly with addressing and confronting personnel who are disruptive in the workplace. |

Mark G. wants your valuable time spent on investigations. Too often, time is lost looking for a warrant example, finding a tool to review surveillance video, or knowing where and how to serve legal process in today’s digital age. Mark’s goal is to pass on information for you to more efficiently complete your tasks.
Mark is employed by a state law enforcement agency and has nearly a decade’s worth of criminal investigative experience. He currently investigates computer related crimes and provides digital forensic analysis for state, local, and federal investigations. He has investigated or assisted in major crimes including homicide, rape, robbery, and crimes against children. Mark is involved with an Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), a Cyber Fraud Task Force, and is a sworn Federal Task Force Officer.
Mark holds certifications including the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists, Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE); Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO); Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA); and Magnet Certified Forensics Examiner (MCFE). He has instructed dozens of newly promoted state and local investigators in best practices of seizing and investigating digital evidence.
