Customer Service (The Challenge) Seminar: November 7, 2022

This seminar is designed specifically for employees that deal directly with the public either by telephone or in-person. Topics include:

(1) Interaction with the caller

(2) Listening techniques

(3) Tone of voice

(4) Respect

(5) Understanding who our callers are and their perception of us

(6) Overall professionalism

(7) Specific recommendations/scenarios reference appropriately processing call

(8) Information Gathering Techniques 

DATE\LOCATION/TIME:  November 7, 2022, Bucks County Public Safety/Police Training Center, 1760 S. Easton Road, Doylestown, Pennsylvania, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily.

INSTRUCTOR; Donna Ross, ENP, BPA, Asst. Emergency Communications Manager, Northern Municipal Regional Communication Center (NORTHCOM), Palm Beach Gardens Florida. 

FEE: $195 per person. 

DISCOUNT RATE:  Enroll two agency personnel at $195 per person and the third person is enrolled at half-price ($97.50.00)
