Supervisory Principles within the Communication Center – June 19-20, 2023

A seminar for public safety and communication center supervisors- especially those with less than three years of experience who want to improve their leadership skills. Participants will explore techniques they need to promote high performance, cooperation, and job satisfaction among their communication center workers. Topics Include:
(1) supervisory principles and how they can be applied to public safety, and communication centers
(2) traits and practices of successful supervisors
(3) techniques for applying supervisory principles to their work environments
(4) practices limiting legal liabilities in communication centers
(5) techniques for improving communication center standard operations procedures
(6) supervisory responsibilities for equipment and facilities.
