Field Training Officer Seminar

This five-day team-conducted seminar is designed specifically for the new Field Training Officers or personnel who anticipate future assignments as Field Training Officers. Instructor classroom presentations coupled with textbook readings and suggestive references connected to these classroom presentations will give participants a solid foundation and understanding of basic training techniques for adult learners and evaluation procedures for documentation of critical elements of law enforcement.
