ARREST / SEARCH / SEIZURE: September 20-24, 2021

This five-day seminar is designed specifically for law enforcement personnel and fire Marshalls that are tasked with making warranted and warrantless seizures, arrests, and searches.  Instructor presentations, practical exercises along with scenario presentations will help students understand their individual abilities, skills and limitations in a variety of situations.  

Topics include:

• review of constitutional guidelines;
• reasonable suspicion;
• probable cause;
• arrest with and without a warrant;
• searches with and without a warrant;
• acting under the color of law and Federal Guidelines

DATE/TIME:  September 20-24, 2021 – 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. daily

FEE: $595 per person

DISCOUNT RATE:  Enroll two agency personnel at $595 per person and the third person is enrolled at half-price ($299).  Enroll three agency personnel at $595 per person and the fourth person is enrolled free.
