CUSTOMER SERVICE (THE CHALLENGE) SEMINAR

This seminar is designed specifically for employees who deal directly with the public by telephone or in person. Topics include:

(1) Interaction with the caller
(2) Listening techniques
(3) Tone of voice
(4) Respect
(5) Understanding who our callers are and their perception of us
(6) Overall Professionalism
(7) Specific recommendations/scenarios reference appropriately processing calls
(8) Information Gathering Techniques
