Dealing With Toxic Employees: February 22-23, 2022

A two-day seminar for Supervisory Personnel that are or may have to deal with “Toxic Employee(s)” or personnel that are affecting performance in the workplace. This course is ideal for those who have taken the previously offered, “Moving up to Supervision” seminar.  It goes beyond that program’s content to explore in-depth important aspects and topics specifically concerned with addressing and confronting personnel that are disruptive in the workplace.

Topics include:

  • the ultimate goals regarding problem employees
  • the signs of a truly toxic employee
  • intervention techniques to be used regarding problem employees;
  • resources available for supervisors;
  • counseling (directive vs. nondirective)
  • necessary and appropriate documentation.

DATE/TIME: February 22 – 23, 2022 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily

LOCATION: Bucks County Public Safety/Police Training Center, 1760 S. Easton Road, Doylestown, Pennsylvania

FEE: $295 per person. 

DISCOUNT RATE:  Enroll two agency personnel at $295 per person and the third person is enrolled at half-price ($147.50) OR enroll three agency personnel at $295 per person and the fourth person is enrolled free.
