Leadership Development

This seminar is designed to enhance the leadership skills of police officers and prepare them for influential leadership roles within law enforcement organizations. Participants will be able to:

(1) Provide officers with the necessary knowledge and tools to develop individual leadership skills

(2) Implement knowledge, skills and abilities developed during the instructional period to lead teams and increase teamwork

(3) Prepare the officer to respond to critical incidents

(4) Improve critical decision-making skills

(5) Develop and promote a positive organizational culture.

REGISTRATION FEE/DISCOUNT RATE: $295 per person. 

Enroll two agency personnel at $295 per person, and the third person is enrolled at half-price ($147.50), OR enroll three agency personnel at $295 per person, and the fourth person is enrolled free.
