MANAGING THE UNIFORM PATROL UNIT: December 6-7, 2021

It has long been said that patrol is the “backbone” of a police department, and it is now recognized that more so than ever, this is true. However, in these times of reduced budgets, we are all being asked to do more with less. Thus, efficient and effective management of operations becomes even more important. This two-day seminar will provide new patrol managers with guidelines on how to effectively manage the operations of their unit as well as offer current updates for experienced patrol managers looking to fine tune their patrol management skills.

FEE: $295 per person
