A two-day seminar for Supervisory Personnel that are or may have to deal with “Toxic Employee(s)” or personnel that are affecting performance in the workplace. This course is ideal for those who have taken the previously offered “Moving up to Supervision” seminar. It goes beyond that program’s content to explore important aspects and topics specifically addressing and confronting disruptive personnel in the workplace. Topics include:

(1) Ultimate goals regarding problem employees
(2) Signs of a truly toxic employee
(3) Intervention techniques to be used regarding problem employees
(4) Resources available for supervisors
(5) Counseling (directive vs. nondirective)
(6) Necessary and appropriate documentation

Enroll two agency personnel at $295 per person, and the third person is enrolled at half-price ($147.50.00) OR enroll three agency personnel at $295 per person, and the fourth person is enrolled free.
