This seminar is designed specifically for the personnel assigned to conduct sexual assault or investigations that result in psychological trauma to victims. Topics include:

(1) the Neurobiology of Trauma
(2) Trauma Informed Interviews
(3) Cognitive Interview Techniques
(4) Special Challenges Investigating Sex Offenses
(5) Investigative Techniques
(6) General Evidentiary Requirements needed to obtain convictions.
