This seminar is designed specifically for officers and supervisors assigned the task of mentoring a new or underachieving employee or trainee. There are a variety of challenges in ensuring all efforts are undertaken to ensure a productive employee for the agency.

This program looks specifically at constructing written and verbal statements to identify deception and omission and the veracity of a witness or suspect. This program will provide the students with a fundamental and immediately usable method of reviewing written and verbal statements.

This is a basic two-day seminar for investigators with little experience or formal training in performing pre-employment background investigations.
