A course of seminars explicitly designed for corrections officers and law enforcement officers who are responsible for the care, custody, and transport of incarcerated persons.

This one-day seminar is designed for officers and individuals working in highly stressful or potentially volatile environments. Instructor presentations, practical exercises, and scenario presentations will help students understand their individual abilities and skills in a variety of situations.

This seminar extensively focuses on skills and techniques that new unit supervisors might utilize daily. It is designed for officers with little or no supervisory training who need such a program of study to oversee their unit’s operation effectively.

This is for new, first-line supervisors or those who expect such an assignment. The program presents information for work situations and will emphasize ideas to aid supervisors in developing sound judgment, self-reliance, and resourcefulness.
