FIELD TRAINING OFFICERS SEMINAR
This three-day team-conducted seminar is designed specifically for new Field Training Officers or personnel who anticipate a future assignment as a Field Training Officer. Instructor-led classroom presentations, coupled with textbook readings and suggested references related to these presentations, will give participants a solid foundation and understanding of basic training techniques for adult learners and evaluation procedures for documenting critical elements of law enforcement.
