This Three-day seminar is designed specifically for law enforcement personnel and Fire Marshals who are tasked with making warranted and warrantless seizures, arrests, and searches, as well as preparing search warrants.  Instructor presentations, practical exercises, and scenario presentations will help students understand their individual abilities, skills, and limitations in a variety of situations.

Topics include:

(1) Jurisdiction

(2) Investigative Stops

(3) Probable cause

(4) Arrest with and without a warrant

(5) Searches with and without a warrant

(6) Pretextual Arrests/Stops/Seizure

(7) A practical exercise requiring the preparation of a search warrant

REGISTRATION FEE/DISCOUNT RATE: $295 per person. 

Enroll two agency personnel at $295 per person, and the third person is enrolled at half price ($147.00), OR enroll three agency personnel at $295 per person, and the fourth person is enrolled free.
