This seminar is designed to enhance the leadership skills of police officers and prepare them for influential leadership roles within law enforcement organizations.

This is an introductory two-day seminar for investigators who have little or no experience or formal training in performing pre-employment background investigations. The seminar will focus on background investigations within law enforcement, security, or government organizations. 

This seminar provides an extensive focus on skills and techniques that new unit supervisors might utilize in their day-to-day functions. It is designed for those officers with little or no supervisory training and who need such a program of study to effectively oversee their unit's operation.
