This is a two-day program, with the first day devoted to body fluids and the second to trace evidence.

For new, first-line supervisors, or those who expect such an assignment. The program presents information for work situations and will emphasize ideas to aid supervisors in developing sound judgment, self-reliance, and resourcefulness.

A two-day seminar for patrol personnel who are first to be dispatched or sent to a scene where the death of a person has taken place whether by accident, injury, homicide, suicide, or other means. The program will offer a broad overview regarding the officer's role and activity at such scenes and stress the importance of procedure necessary for proper action until those with specific skill in handling the situation might arrive.

This 3-day seminar is designed specifically for Law Enforcement Personnel and Fire Marshals tasked with making warranted and warrantless seizures, arrests, and searches and preparing search warrants. Instructor presentations, practical exercises, and scenario presentations will help students understand their abilities, skills, and limitations in various situations.

This seminar is designed specifically for officers and supervisors assigned the task of mentoring a new or underachieving employee or trainee. There are a variety of challenges in ensuring all efforts are undertaken to ensure a productive employee for the agency. This program will consider some of the basic principles and applications that might be utilized in mentoring/counseling employees to enhance their assigned roles.

This seminar provides an extensive focus on skills and techniques that new unit supervisors might utilize in their day-to-day functions. It is designed for those officers with little or no supervisory training and who need such a program of study to effectively oversee their unit's operation.

This is a two-day program dedicated to new investigations unit supervisors or those personnel preparing to transition from a patrol operations supervisory position to one supervising detectives and investigators.

This course will focus on proper investigative and detection techniques for Patrol Officers and newly assigned Street Crimes Unit Officers for the detection and investigation of controlled substance violations encountered during street patrol. The course will focus on the three primary situations where officers will most likely encounter narcotic violations (Field Encounters, Traffic Stops and Surveillance Activity).

This is a three-day program with attention to body fluids and trace evidence. The program is focused on the types of body fluids and their collection and analysis. Students will then apply the concepts learned in the classroom and will process three (3) separate crime scenes as if they were preparing a case. Students will be provided basic crime scene materials but are encouraged to bring their own crime scene materials that they are familiar with using or are utilized by their individual departments.


For managers in law enforcement, corrections, military, and commercial security who oversee K-9 Units. The program is especially valuable for those who have limited K-9 management training and want to improve the operational capability of their units. Program will introduce participants to various aspects of implementing and/or supplementing as well as establishing oversight and management of the K-9 unit.
