This is an introductory two-day seminar for investigators who have little or no experience or formal training in performing pre-employment background investigations. This is a two-day program with the first day devoted to body fluids and the second to trace evidence. The first program is focused on the types of body fluids and their collection and analysis.

This seminar is designed specifically for officers and supervisors assigned the task of mentoring a new or underachieving employee or trainee. There are a variety of challenges in ensuring all efforts are undertaken to ensure a productive employee for the agency. This program will consider some of the basic principles and applications that might be utilized in mentoring/counseling employees to enhance their assigned roles.

An introductory two-day seminar for the designated public information officer, chief, assistant chief, or other agency individual who serves as a spokesperson for their department with the media during an event involving broad community interest or concern. The seminar is primarily designed for individuals with limited formal media training, providing fundamental information to help them develop their skills as departmental liaisons with the media.

This Three-day seminar is designed specifically for law enforcement personnel and fire Marshalls that are tasked with making warranted and warrantless seizures, arrests, and searches as well as preparing search warrants.
