This seminar is designed specifically for officers and supervisors assigned the task of mentoring a new or underachieving employee or trainee. There are a variety of challenges in ensuring all efforts are undertaken to ensure a productive employee for the agency. This program will consider some of the basic principles and applications that might be utilized in mentoring/counseling employees to enhance their assigned roles.
This is an introductory two-day seminar for investigators who have little or no experience or formal training in performing pre-employment background investigations. This is a two-day program with the first day devoted to body fluids and the second to trace evidence. The first program is focused on the types of body fluids and their collection and analysis.
Designed to improve the skills of call-takers and dispatchers needed to deal with life threatening emergencies, crimes-in-progress calls, officer-in-trouble, and other situations in which immediate officer dispatch to the scene is necessary.
